We are pleased to announce an exciting opportunity at a new multidisciplinary office. Our clinicians provide comprehensive patient care using innovative treatment plans designed to help patients achieve their individual goals. Our team of energetic and dynamic therapists look to serve our active community through effective assessment, treatment, and management of a variety of patients including, but not limited to, private pay, MVA, and athletic patients.

We are also pleased to announce our on site partnership with Gaze and Movement Analysis Inc (GaMA). GaMA brings expertise in harnessing the untapped potential of gaze and movement data, a valuable resource found in numerous applications, including the assessment, training and development programming developed by ZerOne | Athleticare. GaMA’s primary objective is to unlock the inherent value within this data by using artificial intelligence and machine learning tools to create detailed observations about performance. Their expertise in data analysis and machine learning transform raw data into actionable, scientifically validated human performance metrics that chart and track performance, and aid in rehabilitation efforts.

Responsibilities:

As an integral team member of ZerOne | Athleticare, you will:
● Collaborate with Physicians, Dieticians, Physical Therapists, Psychologists, and
Exercise/Athletic Therapists
● Build positive rapport with patients to establish and build lasting relationships
● Conduct initial patient assessments and develop customized treatment plans
● Perform therapeutic treatments and provide ongoing encouragement and support
● Document treatment record within patient charts and maintain patient confidentiality

Qualifications:

The Sports Massage Therapist role is perfect for practitioners who are passionate about providing comprehensive multimodal patient care within a multidisciplinary office.

Successful Sports Massage Therapist candidates will:
● Possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
● Have a collaborative approach to working with others
● Enjoy serving a diverse demographic of patients
● Maintain positive engagement with patients and ZerOne | Athleticare Team
● Serve patients through multimodal treatment planning

This position requires a minimum of one (1) year of relevant professional experience.

Requirements:
● Registered Massage Therapist (2200 Hours)
● Minimum of one (1) year of relevant professional experience
● Active licensure in good standing with the Alberta College of Massage Therapists
